Information the form collects
The contact form asks for your name, roofing business name, town or area, factual context about the business and preferred reply method. It also asks for an email address or phone number according to that preference.
You may optionally provide a current public website or profile, indicate which business materials are already available, and describe anything you particularly want included or approached differently. The checklist records availability only; the form does not collect files.
Why the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, assess the requested website scope and a possible engagement, and carry out basic administration and security for the enquiry process. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Services involved
Accepted enquiries are stored as private records using Vercel Blob. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse. Resend is used to send an operational notification email after an enquiry has been stored. These services may process the information needed to provide those functions.
Cookies and similar technologies
No advertising or marketing tracking is intentionally deployed, and no general analytics platform is implemented. Turnstile is used only for abuse and security checks on the contact form. Turnstile pre-clearance is not enabled by this website, and the site does not intentionally request a cf_clearance cookie. Third-party security technology may still use browser or connection information as part of its operation.
If tracking technology changes, the privacy information and need for cookie controls must be reviewed before deployment.
Retention and deletion
Initial enquiry records that do not become an active project are normally retained for no longer than 12 months and are deleted sooner when they are no longer reasonably needed. If an enquiry becomes an active commercial engagement, relevant correspondence and business records may need a different retention period outside this initial-enquiry policy.
Private operational tools allow enquiry records to be found and deliberately deleted, and support a dry-run retention review before records older than 365 days are removed.
Data minimisation
Please do not submit passwords, payment details, customer details or sensitive personal information. The resource checklist concerns business material only. The form does not accept file uploads, store a browser draft or subscribe you to marketing.
Privacy and data questions
Use the contact form for a privacy or data question and state clearly in the business context or optional preferences that it concerns privacy or data. You can use this route to ask about access to or deletion of an enquiry record.
